*WALK-UPS = Walk-ups are welcome to attend the Elite Skills Clinic, but the participant (if 18 years old or older) or a parent/guardian will need to fill out the appropriate paperwork. If you choose to sign up at the door, the pricing remains the same. However, we may not have a PhD Hoops T-shirt or Wristband available for you on-site, but you will have the option of paying an additional $10.00 for them both to be mailed to you.
If the participant is not within the 4th – 12th grade age group and would still like to attend, please contact our office for approval.
