LEADERSHIP / CULTURE: PhD Hoops Virtual Coaches Roundtable
WHO: Any basketball coach (male or female) in the profession who wants to share and learn from others on this general topic.
WHAT: A 90-minute roundtable discussion/conversation among coaches of different ages, perspectives, stages of coaching careers, and backgrounds. The intent is for everyone to be involved, share knowledge, provide each other with new ideas, and become better coaches. We will split into smaller groups and go through a series of subtopics to give opportunity for deeper discussions. Be an active participant and have your notebook ready!
Areas of discussion will include your best practices for establishing the culture of your program, your leadership pillars & philosophies, and your tricks of the trade in consistently maintaining the leadership/culture of your program from year to year.
WHEN: Friday, May 29, 2020 from 12:00-1:30 pm (Eastern Time)
WHERE: Online via Zoom (the Zoom meeting URL, ID, and password will be emailed to you beforehand)
COST: FREE to the first 50 coaches who register!
